Hey there, I’m Kellie
I’ve been practicing within the intricate weaving and tapestry of yoga since 1992.
Amidst constant distractions, my yoga practice offers a safe harbour, a cleansing and filtering, a digesting and recalibrating at every level.
Physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.
I’ve breathed my studio, myoga, into being for both seasoned practitioners and those tentatively stepping onto the teaching path. It’s a wellspring, a wise elder, a wakening.

I’ve been in love with yoga my entire life.
It doesn’t feel like work.
I believe that coming back to stillness and peace is a remedy to the news cycle and social media marketing which harvests our attention by the second.
Begin now. Now ness is near. It’s not linear

About me
Level 3 certified Iyengar yoga teacher
I follow the teachings of BKS Iyengar – and have made it my goal to study with the teachers who studied directly with him. It’s been so interesting to watch them argue and fracture, at other times unite and grow. Always with a deep sense of knowing their centre, of knowing their practice will carry them home. This is Iyengar yoga – its not a structure that limits, though structures by nature are limiting. Its not a dogma that sucks blood and life.
It’s a container for self discovery and in self discovery there is universal discovery.
We must dream and do, and fail and succeed. We must continue, clarify, effect change with grace.
When we go deep into asana, deeply into sensation – contraction, expansion – sensation is ever changing. You are not the sensation. The vibration is there, the resonance is there.
Vibration is the pulse of awareness, expressing itself in the embodiment. Listen to the resonance of your heart, the resonance of spaciousness.
Ritual reminds us of the presence of awareness and consciousness Practice is the practice of reality. And somewhere a deep longing for ourself is expressed in rituals – they are countless. Asana, pranayama, bandha, mudra, – rituals of the celebrations of the field of consciousness. Not to control, but to know.
Yoga, a love story. I don’t follow the teachers, I follow the path. The system gives me structure, and I get to uncover, mine, heal and grow what’s deeply rooted in mine.
It’s time to fill your own cup.
