How to work with Zoom:
Before class, download the zoom.us app, which is free. You can join a test meeting to familiarise yourself with the platform and make sure your video and sound is working. You can always email or call me if you have any issues.
Once signed in you can join the class with the meeting link, just before the scheduled start time
What you see is what I will see, so find a good position for your mat. For best results ...
Position your camera on a 45-degree angle to your mat and if-possible have a blank wall behind you.
Wear different coloured clothing to whatever is behind you.
Check that your whole body is visible when both standing and sitting.
Shift excess furniture & items away, so your space is clear.
Props ... Minimal props are required, but if you have 2 bricks, a blanket or bolster, plus a strap, we will make do.
Ten minutes prior to class time, click on the class link found in your booking email. Double-check your set-up and rest quietly, ready for the class to begin.
